The high tech industry, local businesses and other organizations play a critical role in the success of StRUT. By donating their used computers, equipment, and technology to StRUT, they support local education, helping reduce school technology budgets and preparing students for the technology world.

StRUT has strict standards and procedures (view procedures manual) to insure that any technology that is donated is tracked and company proprietary information deleted. StRUT can provide technicians to help companies delete their proprietary data as well as transportation from their site of materials donated.

StRUT also provides the necessary documentation for any tax related donation needs, and receipts.
